In developing homes in a given environment, sharing facilities is economical for several houses. This facilities are built to be used by say twenty home owners. For entertainment, satellite dishes can be mounted on each home for the owner to subscribe to channels offered by the dish company. The units are served by a drive ways and walkways within the estate. The roads have street lighting including the boundary wall. With artistic planning, community estates bring people together but within their own private homes.
